2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that participating in a forex affiliate program, and the marketing methods you use, are lawful in the regions you target.

3. The Affiliate Relationship

  • Approved partners receive tracking links and access to reporting through the relevant broker's back office.
  • Commissions are earned according to the deal terms agreed with you and the relevant broker.
  • We may adjust, suspend or terminate deals where broker terms change or where activity breaches these Terms or broker guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading or non compliant marketing, including incentivised traffic, spam, trademark abuse, or any activity prohibited by brokers or applicable regulators. We may withhold commissions arising from such activity.

5. Payments

Commissions are tracked through your broker's back office and paid according to the agreed schedule and thresholds, by your selected method. We may delay or withhold payment pending verification, fraud review or broker confirmation.

6. Broker Independence

Every broker featured on this website or offered through the network is its own independent entity. MarginAffiliates does not own, operate or control any broker. We simply negotiate and maintain commercial deals with them on behalf of the network. Your trading accounts, client accounts, funds, execution, platforms and regulatory obligations sit entirely with the relevant broker under that broker's own terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginAffiliates accepts no liability whatsoever for any act, omission, insolvency, platform failure, payment issue or other conduct of any broker, or for any loss arising from your or your clients' relationship with any broker.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Performance figures and case examples are illustrative and not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginAffiliates is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
