This website is directed at marketing affiliates and introducing brokers. It is not directed at retail traders, and it is not an invitation, offer or inducement to open a trading account, deposit funds or trade.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it should be relied on when deciding whether to trade.

We operate an affiliate network. We introduce marketing partners to third party forex brokers, we track the clients those partners introduce, and we pay commission on them.

We are not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and we do not carry on any activity for which such a licence is required.

We publish this because anyone reading this site will be promoting these products to other people. You should carry a risk warning of your own, wherever you promote. What that warning must say depends on where you and your audience are, and it is your responsibility to know.
Any commission rates, payout figures, case studies, calculators or examples on this website are illustrative.
They are not an offer, a promise or a guarantee. What an affiliate actually earns depends on the broker, the deposit band a client reaches, the volume that client trades, the rate card agreed with that affiliate, and the terms of our agreement with them. All of those vary.
The rate card agreed in writing with an affiliate is the only binding statement of what they will be paid. Nothing on this website replaces it or adds to it.
Figures from other partners describe what happened for them. They do not indicate what will happen for anybody else.
The brokers we work with are independent companies. Their terms, payouts, accepted countries and account conditions are theirs, and they change without reference to us.
We are not responsible for a broker's acts, omissions, solvency, decisions about a client, or decisions about a payment. Where a broker changes its terms, those changes flow through to what we can offer.
Naming a broker on this site is not an endorsement of that broker, nor a statement that it is licensed or suitable in any particular country.
Forex and CFD promotion is regulated differently in every country, and in some it is prohibited outright. Brokers also maintain their own lists of countries they will not accept clients from.
If you promote through us, complying with the law where you and your audience are is your responsibility, not ours. We do not advise on it and we are not in a position to. Nothing on this website should be read as saying that any particular activity is permitted where you are.
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free. Broker terms, rates and availability change, and the site may not reflect a change immediately.
Where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs.

Broker names and logos belong to those brokers and appear here to identify them. Their appearance does not imply any relationship beyond the affiliate arrangements described.
You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any part of this website for commercial purposes without our written permission. Partners are given marketing materials separately and may use those on the terms we set out at the time.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on anything published on it, or from any decision you make on the strength of it. That includes loss of profit, loss of business and any indirect or consequential loss.
Your relationship with us as an affiliate is governed by the affiliate agreement you sign, not by this page.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect what you give us when you apply, we use it to assess and operate your account, and we do not sell it.
We also receive data about clients from the brokers. Affiliates see that data in the partner portal in order to work their own accounts, and may not use it for anything else.
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
This page and any dispute about it are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
